On November 13, Mr.Andrey A. Lapshin, president of the Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering(Russia) visits our school.

    HFU president Mr.Wang Qidong meets the guests, to whom HFU’s development and teaching philosophy are introduced. President Wang Qidong remarks that HFU, born in the Reform and growing up in the Opening-up, actively communicates and cooperates with domestic and foreign higher-learning schools and institutions, attaches much importance to college-enterprise docking, industry-education integration, and persists in the guideline of “locality, application and internationalization”. He also emphasizes that both schools focus on the applied talent training, so further communication and cooperation in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, economics, industrial design and other aspects can be expected.

    Mr. Andrey A. Lapshin says that although Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering focuses on architecture, it also has achievements in many other professional fields. He looks forward to further exchanges in the fields of culture, information and ecology, and sharing the experience with HFU for mutual development.      

    After the meeting, Mr. Andrey A. Lapshin visits the Department of Computer Science  and Technology, Art and Design, and  Architectural Engineering.
